Did you place it in the plugin folder of TV Server? Sounds like you may have put it in regular MediaPortal folder.
It should show up in TV Config.

im not using the server version..using the stand alone

    Installation for:

    ***MP stand alone***
    Best Way:
-Exit MP and delete the Zap2it plugin dll file.
-Unzip the SchedulesDirectPlugin.dll file to the MediaPortal\plugins\process folder
-In MP Configuration.exe, Clear all your channels
-Run the auto-tune on your cards in MP
-Enable/Configure the Schedules Direct Plugin<<<heres where the problem is...theres no plugin to configure
-Launch MP, allow 20-45 minutes for the first download/mapping
-If external channels were automatically added, you may have to assign these to a card in the MP Configuration.exe

    Same Problem....

    Hi,

I am new to this software since ATI dumped Gemstar and MMC sucks...

I installed MediaPortal and then placed the dll file in the process folder since I am running standalone. Problem is, the plugin doesn't show up under plugins when I go to enable it...

Am I missing something here? Thordoom, have you figured this out?

    Figuring it Out... I think

Ok, so I noticed that the plugin requires one to have MediaPortal 1.0 RC1 or RC2 so I downloaded MP 1.0 RC2. The plugin shows up. I am in the middle of autotuning and will let you know if this works. However, can anyone out there tell me if a schedules direct plugin is available for the final release of MP 1.0?

    Thanks!

this program will work with schedules direct and will work with a few others (free). just follow the link and the directions https://forum.team-mediaportal.com/electronic-program-guide-67/working-free-us-epg-56712/
