When I watch TV the picture kind of gets blurry. It's not the whole picture just lines that get blurry about a inch wide on my tv. It happens when i watch DVDs or if I watch TV. It doesn't seem to do it when I watch ripped DVD(h.264 codec) or if I watch something on netflix.
