Screen issues - can't see buttons when tv in a window (1 Viewer)

Hi guys, I've just updated from 1.02 to 1.03 and everything seems much smoother, but I still have 1 big issue.
When I click My Tv and see a screen that should have tv preview on the right and a list of options on the left I can only see the options if the preview is off. When I switch TV on I get either a black area over the buttons or occasionally a frozen tv picture. Has any one got any pointers?

Can you tell me which button you have used to get second screenshot, at a bit of a loss on this one, cannot reproduce.

Is this a multiseat setup, ie tvserver on one pc, client viewing on another.

Not sure of the top of my head how I got to that screen to be honest (the buttons get obscured and I clicked randomly on the left hand side), but it happens on all screens with a preview in this case it's the remains of what I was watching full screen).
If I click "my tv" I get the 1st screen and it looks ok, when I then click "TV on" then I get a black screen that starts top left and extends behind the preview to bottom right of the preview obscuring all of the buttons. The buttons are still clickable, I just have to guess where they are.

As for the setup, I went for the multi seat option with the view to be able to use media portal from another pc, but in this case I installed both server and client on the same pc.
