screen showing only white when i use MP (1 Viewer)

hello, I recently installed media portal, I have all of the required software, and i installed all of the drivers and codecs reccomend and yet when i open media portal the screen is all white and only an outline of the titles appears when the cursor is put directly over it. i am wondering if anyone can help me sort this problem out cus i am ancious to use media portal. Thank you
