what's the best way to make a screensaver work alongside MP? i'm having difficulties
i want to use the windows screensaver in case the system is left switched on with MP switched off (i have a plasma so burn-in happens easily). also because the only option within MP is the screen blanking, but i think that blanking the screen completely is not a good idea (it can make you think there's a problem).
but i find sometimes the windows screensaver kicks in while i'm watching a fullscreen video. i also find that when a video ends (which is longer than the 5 mins screensaver time i've set), the windows screensaver comes on immediately. is there a setting i'm missing?
edit: actually, i think the reason the screensaver is kicking in immediately after a video has ended is because it's already running in the background, and it's taking focus at that point. i've since noticed one occasion of using the remote to move around a menu, then the screensaver coming back on after only a couple of seconds.
