I have recently embarked on the mediaportal route with a trial PC. I wish to move away from MCE2005. This works ok but want the flexibility MP offers. My question relates to music search. I have attempted to trial the audio part of the MP but can not get the search function to work. I have media player as the music library and on the trial; machine have only loaded one disk for the trial but on my tests it fails to find the specific songs off the ripped disks.
