even fscking dxdiag can run directX on secondary, but nobody trust me and don't try it.

How can i set it to use secondary as default?

btw i have stil problem with different resolution on primary and secondary ...

It's not possible to use the secondary display as default.

If I find time, I'll try to modify the source code and send it to the admins.

Another solution is to use a script application like girder and create a macro. With a macro, you can run a sequence of commands.
For exemple:
<Macro>
- run mediaportal
- open "file" menu
- open "change device..." menu
- select secondary display
- select fullscreen
...
and so on
</Macro>

What's your problem with different resolutions between primary and secondary displays?

I know about macros (btw i think that 'autoit' is better then grinder), but im not good at it.
I also think that hook media portal would be better
btw i had lost my issues with different resolutions, but now i have problems with diffent frequency 85 in MP and 85 in windows, but since i want only use secondary for MP it is not a problem and i can make profile in ati CCC to fix it if "i" want to use it for other things too.

But bigest problem is that when i jump off the media portal it lost focus and minimize itself (and can't maximize back) - since i can't change default start settings to secondary 1024*768, 85hz and i think that set 'allways on top' something in confuration is solution for me i turn it on, but when it is on i can't switch to secondary idn dialog, because i can't change anything in that dialog [when allways on top is turned on].

It would be nice if there will be fix for theese problem(s).

I still can't compare it to MCE 2005, because i don't want to reinstall my system \:
