Sell mediacenter with pre-installed MediaPortal (1 Viewer)

Dear community,

we are currently developing a media device with a pre-installed and configurated MediaPortal for exact this piece of hardware and we would like to sell this one within Germany. Is it possible looking at the licence structure to do so? Don't get me wrong. We are not looking forward to sell MediaPortal as a software but just the hardware with the software ready to run.

If MediaPortal is integral to the machine, even though its "free" i think it would be "the right thing to do" to put a certain percentage as donation to the MePo team, or buy them some hardware
