Hallo again, thanks for your very quick support (you are a great development team). But there a some new problems in the latest snv. When I switch from one view to another, Mediaportal is hanging up. I cannot explain why it happend I'm still using the original music views. With a small number of MP3s the views can be switched, but when I import all my MP3s to the database (roundabout 15000), switching is not longer possible. I have waited for 30 Minutes !! Nothing happened. When I go back to Version 0.2.2.0 everything works fine. Switching between two views takes roundabout 3 seconds (with all 15000 MP3s). So I think it is no hardware problem (AMD 4200+ Dual Core). Any idea ?? In another thread a user is asking for a possibility to filter MP3s without showing it. https://forum.team-mediaportal.com/views_creating_filter_without_displaying-t23143.html Thats the same thing I need for separating my Charts MP3s from the Albums MP3s. As I told in my original request, I want to create two views. For the view "Charts" the "like" operator ("album like charts%") can be used in the first subview. So in all following subviews only the right part of MP3s are shown. But for the view "Interpret/Album" the "not like" operator ("album not like charts%") can only be set on the third subview (first subview is "Artist group by 1", second subview is "Arstist"). So my problem ist still the same. Only if I reach the third subview the filter begins to work. So when I go to Artist "S" I see all my 200 Artists in subfolder and when I enter some of them they are empty. That's not very helpful, because I still have to scroll through 200 subfolders. So here the same question as in the other thread. Is it possible to create a "general filter" for the views on header level for example ? best regards the rat.
