SERVER - High CPU usage (1 Viewer)

Im not really sure where to post this so...

Anyway, i would like to know if people using a DEDICATED SERVER to store all their media and to run tvserver are having same issue as me.

When i copy or move some big amount of files from a HDD to another or to a client, from my server, i get very high CPU usage.

This causes media playing (video files or watching tv) on clients to freeze and stutter (sp?)

Is this normal behaviour?

Its an amd dual core 2500 with 2gb of ram. Ill check more details if needed.

running Windows 7.

I have a dedicated server running only an old XP2500+ and when streaming Live TV (SD only) or a movie (~1GB avi) I never see the CPU over 5-10%.

neither do I.

I get this problem when i am moving files or copying files WHILST streaming.

so I client is streaming.
and another client is copying some content from the server to the client.
