Ongoing Server Problem (1 Viewer)

My server has started having problems lately, whenever it boots up (from power off or from hibernation) the system wants to do a CHKDSK on my RAID array, which is a bit annoying.

in disk management i also get a warning symbol on the array, and it will intermittently (once a week for example) crash when being used.

could this be the start of a disk failure?

I had problems similar to yours before I lost two disks from my raid 5 array within 2 days. Check event log for disk errors, I was having them for a couple of weeks before the big failure. Start backing up now in case!

i would seriously be looking at replacing the failing disk
