I'm really surprised that this has not got more attention from the devs. 
Although it's fully advertised that this configuration works, it does not; has not worked for a very long time.
There is a post about tweaking the code to get TV server setup to see all configurations when loaded (not just the master/slave config). This tweak amounted to 1 line code change; comment a line. THIS DID WORK. But after that, you could not watch tv on either server.
From the outside the problem looks trivial to fix, and to test. No special hardware is needed.
Can someone in the dev department kindly look at this problem?
