[Set MP skin-sounds and Volume Control to non-default sound device

Description:
For users who use two sound-cards and have MP set to the one which is not default it works great except for one detail. You can change settings where the music and video can be played, but the not for the skin sounds, and much more imporantly can not control the volume settings of the non-default sound card within mediaportal.
In this picture there should be a "master volume" but also be able to pick which sound card I want to control.
