But maybe this will help.After you install MP and TV Server ... if you move TV card to a different slot (or maybe if you install another TV Card) the TV Server gets confused. What I would suggest (what I did before) ... after all the TV Cards are installed ... uninstall just the TV Server and re-install it. The rest of your MP install should not be touched ...
