"Settings" option in menu is gone (1 Viewer)

Hello,

I have a small issue.. As you can see in the screenshot bellow, the settings option in the right menu is gone.. Strange thing is that on my test pc, everything is fine, with the samed skin, but when I copy the onlinevideo skinfiles from that pc to my HTPC, the problem is still there..

There is also no settings button when I use te default skin..

Any idea how I get it back??

This button is conditionally only shown when the Extensions plugin is installed.

Extensions plugin is enabled!! So that's not the problem..
