Setup Mediaportal/Television/TV Channels (1 Viewer)

Hi,

I'm trying Mediaportal RC4......is great !!

Please, someone can explay me what they do the buttons in Setup Mediaportal/Television/TV Channels ?

The buttons are:

Combine (combine what ?)
Import from tv guide (import what ?)
Add CVBS/SVHS (?)
Lookup (?)
Backup (what backup produce ? To restore for what possibility ?)

Import is valuable if you have set up the epg prior to tv channels. This way the channel names are already imported.

backup is recommendable once you have fully configured your channels. A back up file is created.

lookup is the import of a backup

add cvbs/svhs is for adding external signal inputs

combine .. not sure, lets you combine channels which are available for digital and cable afaik

I think restore is the import of your own backup.
And lookup is for downloading a channellist for your town,
that has been created and uploaded by another user already.
