Shortcut for MovingPictures config panel? (1 Viewer)

Lately I'm doing a lot of tweaking of settings. Jumping in & out of MovingPictures config panel.

Right now, I have to quit MP, open MP Config, Plugins, select MovingPictures, and hit Config.

Is there some sort of shortcut that I can just bring up the MovingPictures config panel straight away?

This is especially aggravating when trying to play a Blu-Ray when it won't import properly. (yes I know there's a separate issue for this, and I starred it.)
