If i press F9 while watching a channel and enter the 'Tuner Information', i get the feedback that the 'Signal Level = 0' And the 'Signal Quality = 49'. In ProgDVB on the other hand, i get SL=69% and SQ=98%. I don't know which one to believe, but i have a hard time believing that MP is correct since the show is displayed ok. BTW, this is the same channel from the same provider on both examples, just ~1 min apart, and these are approx the values i always get. Se the images attached.

Neither is accurate, its just the software interpretation of the information given by the drivers, it is giving some misinformation to MP if it reads at 0 signal ;)

correct me if im wrong, but from what i understand tunner drivers is sending some values different to other tunners which mediaportal does not understand.

a solution could be to make specific cases for each tunner/drivers but dont think this will be done, so just hope drivers are fixed (which i think will not happen either)

well, i know that TerraTec has released two or three drivers recently for my tuner due to Win7, and i'm using the latest one. I just think it's weird that ProgDVB interpret the signals so differently, and i start to wonder how good my signallevels actually are...
