Silverstone CW03 & Touchscreen (1 Viewer)

I think I decided to go with this case for the definitive htpc. I wanted a touch screen to use for music playback and this seems just good looking and featured.

My question is, will the touch screen work in MediaPortal (expecially for music browsing and selection)?

I had a look at the touchscreen specifications of de CW03.
I saw it can have a resolution of 1920x1200.
So I thought just set the touchscreen as a clone of your primary screen and MP will work without the plugin.
