Great post!

Replacing the PSU fan for my SFF did the trick for me also (from 80x80x15 to Nexus 80x80x25). Use to be inside the PSu, now it is on the outside. I agree the "tricky" is the right word... but it was worth it!

Can you actually seem anything on the LCD/VDF at a distance, or is normal light?

I can read the LCD from 2.5 meters with a 9 pixels font, but I have pretty good eyes
