Hi

I'm having trouble accessing the www.team-mediaportal.com website from home, it works fine from work but for some reason the connection times out at home.

At work I'll probably get in trouble using too buch bandwidth, is there any other place I can download stuff from , like skins etc?

I cant get a direct link to the files.

Cheers
L

The internet is free (included in my apartments rental) and the isp is utterly useless.

I tried http://www.mediaportal-skins.net/ but it hasn't been updated this year.
You know of any other mirrors I can get skins from?

Thanks for the reply and enjoy your day:)

sorry, i do not know any other mirrow.
but you could try a webproxy to access this page. maybe you get around the problems of your ISP then.

The site actually works this weekend
I'm typing this from home. I'm not sure what the problem is or if there is a problem.

I'm not to clued up on this stuff but here's what tracert gives: (doesn't look to informative)

    1 <1 ms <1 ms <1 ms ipcop.localdomain [172.16.3.2]
    2 * * * Request timed out.
    3 * * * Request timed out.
    4 * * * Request timed out.
    5 * * * Request timed out.

    \Trace complete.

Also, my IP looks to be 196.209.251.3 or 196.209-something
(I did this stuff at varsity but cant remember a thing about dhcp , nat etc.

Anyway, if it randomly works and dont work I dont want you to waste your time on it.

    Shot offering to help
