Skins Stop responding with 0.2.3 RC3 (1 Viewer)

ive just updated to 0.2.3.0 RC3 with SVN from the 25th and am having problems where the skins become unresponsive after short period of scrolling. thing is you can here MP continue scrolling in the background and also on my VFD display it continues to scroll, you can even continue to navigate correctly via the VFD and select a movie or tv series, or other menu options, i have tried several skins and all show the same characteristics.

makes 0.2.3.0 RC3 unusable for me atthis stage

running XP sp2 and MCE remote

does anyone else have this problem or even better know of a fix,

all else fails back to 0.2.3.0 RC2 i go

I had a similar problem which I fixed by first replacing my graphics drivers with Catalyst 7.2, and then by removing the ATi drivers completely and putting in an Nvidia card, problem gone

changing hardware is not really viable, especially considering prior to version 0.2.3.0 it was working perfectly

do you have "mediaportal always on top" enabled in MP Configuration -> general ?

I have similar things going on with RC3

I have an old ATI 9250 (i know it is old) which actually worked quit OK with RC2, now with RC3 it is a LOT slower. Haven't figured it out yet.
