With MP1, I have no problem running a slideshow from the Pictures menu. But I would like to have the slideshow run automatically after about 5 minutes of inactivity, similar to how Media Center did it. I thought I found my answer with the Screen Control plugin and just have it jump to screen slideshow screen ID 2007. But all I get is a blank screen.
I also tried using the StreamedMP skin and make a menu item to go to the slideshow.xml but that gives me a blank screen too.
Is there any way to get the slideshow to come up after a preset time of inactivity? Why is the slideshow.xml coming up blank when it works fine when getting there via Pictures/Slideshow?
