Slow Opening of Video Files over LAN

Windows explorer and other methods show not even the slightest bit of hesitation. From this HTPC to the NAS, I get 35MB read and 25 MB write using Intel Gig cards with Jumbo frames enabled. Devices like XMBC on xbox and Popcorn do not have this issue in this environment. Speed is not an issue on my end that I can tell.</p><p></p><p>I have played around a bit with different protocols with exactly the same results. I have used ftp, smb, cifs.
