[Solved] No random Backdrops for TV-Series on BasicHome (1 Viewer)

Hi,

I'm using MePo v1.2 Beta and Fanart-Handler v2.2.4.500.

I tried StreamedMP and your own new skin Backdrop.

In all plugins which could use Fanart Handler your plugin works fine, also in the TV-Series plugin, but not in BasicHome on the menu item "TV Series". It is activated in both skins.

With MePo 1.1.3 everything worked perfect.

On the logs (see below) it looks like everything is working correct, but the screen stays black.

Hi,

Thank you for your report. Can you please extract the fanarthandler.dll file from the attached rar file and replace your plugins\process\fanarthandler.dll and see if this version fixes your problem. Please let me know the result.

Erm... I have exactly the same problem as fischy667 with v2.2.4.501. It seems #fanarthandler.tvseries.backdrop1.any/#fanarthandler.tvseries.backdrop.any does not show any image

Some additional info on this - I had this and resolved it by going back to to one of your test releases from the team forums (2.2.4.207) - when I installed this version TVSeries Fanart worked. I copied back the release version (2.2.4.500) thinking to prove the issues was with the release version and all still worked

We have had a few reported in the StreamedMP forum and update in this thread did not solve the problem but swap to 2.2.4.207 and back to 2.2.4.500/501 did..not sure if this will help you much but there is something a little weird going on..

Hi Trevor, got your PM and tried it... I downgraded 501 to 208 -> everthing working as it should, then upgraded 208 to 501 and everything is working as it should. How wierd

Hi I had the same problem with no images showing for tv series, the fix for me was to restart the PC (and the same for 3 clients).

I'm using 2.2.4.500 and didn't need the newer versions.

I'm using MP 1.2.0 with StreamedMP 1.7.1.2953 and fanart handler 2.3.0.522, and I only get a black/blank screen in my Basic Home / tv-series screen.

I also tried the dll from the second post, but unfortunately it didn't solve it.

I've attached the logs that might give some information, but if you need anything else please let me know.

Anyone that can help me with this please? I tried renaming the fanarthandler database and rebooted the computer, but unfortunately neither of that fixed it. Ofcourse, this isn't a major showstopper, but I would greatly appreciate it if it can be fixed. Thanks!
