Some channels stuttering

As you can see, that's about 50%. I think it's kind of weird that this is not happening to all my channels. I removed my virus scanner and other stuff which may cause this problem. </p><p></p><p>One thing that strikes me, is that the CPU and GPU utilization is different. On the good channels the usage is about 10 - 20% for the CPU and 62% GPU. The bad channels show interesting stuff: The CPU usage is about the same, but the GPU drops from 60% to 30% and returns to 60% (mostly closer to 30%).
