Hi,
i just installed MediaPortal last night and i've been pleasantly surprised by how easy it has been to setup.
I was struggling with a different piece of software for the last few weeks and still couldn't get some main areas to work.
Anyway I have a few questions which someone can hopefully help me out with.......
1. Stacked video - is it possible not to have this.....ie. if there are 2 video files in a folder they just show as one item and play in order?
2. I had a look at the zap2it plugin and was wondering if I would be able to get this to work using cable? I'm thinking probably not as I use the cable remote to change channels so MP always thinks I'm watching the same channel (channel 3). My girlfriends already getting a bit p1ssed off with me for the amount of time i've spent setting up my HTPC so if i can avoid trying to spend a lot of time trying to figure something out which is never going to work it would be a great help!!!
3. I have the hauppauge 45 button (the one with the green MCE button in the middle). Anyway, I turned it on in the config but it doesn't seem to work. The only buttons which are working are the up and down keys.
I am using:
V0.2.3.0
wintv-hvr-usb2 tv card.
xp mce
hauppauge 45 button
wired keyboard
blue theme
