    Hi guys,

thank you for all the effort in developing MP2!

I have some questions that i couldn't find answers around here before i start to upgrade my home multiseat system

    1) Is Mp2 Tv server supporting Hauppauge PVR HD2 ? Or it is possible to use custom Tv ddls that are provided in this thread (that i'm already using in MP1) ?
    2) Is MadVr supported ? After long time finally MP1 got a good support for MadVr , I'm not sure if upgrading to MP2 worth the change back to EVR again.

    Thank you for any asnwer

I am not entirely sure, but if it works under MP1 then chances are more than good that this will also be the case under MP2.

Most likely not. I assume that the custom dll's are provided by mm. Using these in MP2 will probably break imporant functionalities. It won't harm to give a try.

    2) Is MadVr supported ?
Currently not. We will certainly offer the same possibility eventually, but I can't give you an exact date now.

i'm asking because PVR HD2 is not working in MP1 without the @mm1352000 custom dlls ;)
MP2 does some minor customization for the TV Server to be able to work in the MP2 client/server environment. However, I don't know if the tvlibrary.dll is affected. As I am not i front of a working MP2 installation, I can't even tell for sure if these files exist in MP2 - although I am prety sure they do. The fastest way would be o install MP2 and excahge the dll's to verify it yourself.

If it works, then great. If not maybe @morpheus_xx would take a look for customizing files for the PVR at our side. So please test the dll's from mm in a MP2 installation. You can install MP2 in parallel to your MP1, but make sure that you deactivate (!) the MP1 TVServer service in Windows before running the MP2 installer. Switching between the two systems then consists of deactivating one and activating the other service in Windows.
