Some Remote Buttons Stopped Working with Upgrade (1 Viewer)

I upgraded from MP 1.6.0 to 1.12.0 tonight. Everything seems to be working fine except some of the buttons on my remote quit working. So far it seems like Stop and Pause are the two I can tell quit working.

Any ideas on why this would have happened during an upgrade, and more importantly, how I can fix it?

Probably the changes in MP 1.11. Refer to "improved remote control support":

You may need to swap from MCE remote to HID in configuration.
