Hi, I use MP 0.2.0.3 with a Technotrend DVB-S budget card. I seem to have a problem when trying to sort the radio channels in configuration.exe. What I want to achieve is: a) to have my favourite radio channels at the top of the list b) to be able to switch between them using F7/F8 after having fired up MP with the autostart plugin set at “MyRadio†and one of my favourite channels. c) to be able to assign channel numbers to the radio stations as I did with the TV stations, i.e. when I press for example 3 on my remote, MP should switch to e.g. SWF3 etc. However, sorting the channels in the corresponding configuration tabs has no effect at all; and the only way to not display channels is to delete them definitely. I also tried the way described in http://www.mp-forum.de/modules.php?name=Forums&file=viewtopic&t=634 but, same as with malte71, it didn’t work. After autotuning, all radi channels are activated by default; the settings in the crads tab doesn't seem to have any effects. Before I describe a partial workaround solving tpoic a) from above, my questions: 1. Is there any external (editable) channel configuration file where I could achive the sorting? I searched through de MP xml files, but didn’t find anything. 2. The MP GUI allows for sorting the radio channels by channel numbers. Where/how can I assign the channel numbers? As a partial workaround for a) there are tow possibilities I found working: 1. Change the names of the Stations you want to have at the top of the list, e.g. from DLF SWF3 HR1 B5 To: 1. SWF3 2. B5 3. HR1 4. DLF 2. The second possiblility ist to assign a genre (default is: “unknown†for all stations found via autotune). You can assign for example the genre “a†to the group of channels you want at the top oft the list, then “b†to the channels you want next and so on. I call this only a partial workaround because, even if you autostart MP with one of your favourite channels playing, you won’t be able to switch between the favourite channels using F7/F8 unless you change to the MyRadio screen. On the main screen however, F7/F8 changes from the favourite channel that is playing to the next in the original channel order (as displayed in the stations tab in configuration.exe). Any hint would be greatly appreciated. Best regards from Heidelberg Martin
