Previously, I had a STB which would, from time to time, have blocks of about 10 seconds in recordings or live TV where there would be no sound at all - picture would be OK, though.</p><p></p><p>Now, with MediaPortal, I'm getting similar occasional moments - but rather than having no sound for 10 seconds or so, the sound has a "blip", then goes down to nothing, but gradually increases back to the current volume setting. I'm guessing this is being caused by whatever was causing my sound drop-outs on the STB.</p><p></p><p>Does anyone else have issues similar to this?
