I have updated the first post with info about my computer. I still have to borrow an mp3 player to try to connect to the TV when the sound is out, but I have tried this: If I shutdown the TV and switch it on again, the sound is gone, if I try then to unplug and plug the audio cable still not sound. If I connect then a headphone to the computer, it works fine. Also I noticed that when the TV recognices the sound it seems to place for a brief moment in the TV screen two volume icons. More or less like this but two of them, I think if I can make the TV to make this check again when I switch on the TV the problem would be solve. I was not able to achieve this with the remote options. The PC is connected through the TV by DVI-HDMI cable for video and a sound cable with 2 jacks in the output.
