SPDIF Out problem (1 Viewer)

Hi i have an ASUS m2a-vm HDMI conected to my receiver over coaxial SPDIF.

Prior to installing media portal, i had been using a dedicated problem with AC3 filter canfigured to pass trhough the audio to my receiver, which worked. But now with MP my receiver reports only 2.0 audio, which means MP is decoding the audio instead of my receiver.

How can i send the audio directly to my receiver?

Hi Tmac,

just try MPA for Audiocodec that works fine with my ASUS-Board.

Check the option AC3 filter for audio AC3 and DTS in the configuration.

What codec audio use (remember check AC3 filter)?
