[Approved] speedup tvprograminfo (1 Viewer)

If you have a lot of schedules this patch speeds up tvprograminfo a lot as the loop is not used when the episode isn't scheduled at all.

I think there a lot of other places where the boolean stuff could be used but i didnt tried it.

It has issues when it's called through : tvprograminfo.CreateProgram(Program program, int scheduleType)
