Spin up DVD drive before resuming to play after longer pause (1 Viewer)

Everytime i pause dvd playing for a longer period the resuming does look very ugly after hitting the play button again... of course just because the DVD drive stoped spinning and it takes time to spin up.

Can someone think of spinning up the DVD drive before MP continues to play?

Also the same with Hard Drives that have spun down.
