[confirm] splash window does not disappear if selecting Korean as skin language (1 Viewer)

When I select Korean as skin language, splash windows didn't disappear with a message, 'Starting Plugin...'.
I attached the log file, but I traced where error messages come from.
It came from GetShortMonthOfYear() in xbmc\MediaPortal.cs
In CJK character, full month name can be presented in 2 characters.
Maybe the correct behavior is:

SMOY = SMOY.Substring(0, Math.Min(3, SMOY.Length));
