MediaPortal Version: 1.2.0
MediaPortal Skin: Blue Wide
Windows Version: XP SP3
Hi all,
I used to have an old PVR box that would let me "split" recorded shows into two - whatever was the last "stop" point it would split it there. So, then I would end up with two separate files in the listing of recorded shows (it would just append incremental numbers to the filename when split). Also, it would allow manual renaming of files to something more descriptive.
Maybe I don't use MediaPortal exactly the way I should, but I just tend to use manual recordings all the time, so sometimes if there are multiple shows in a row I'll just schedule a manual recording to run for 2 hours (2 x 1 hour shows). But then, afterwards, I'd sometimes like to be able to split the recording into two, for example, so that when I've watched one of the shows I can delete that recording but keep the other show that hasn't been watched yet.
Is there an existing plug-in (or standard functionality) that can do something like this?
Cheers,
Craig
