SRT subtitles not working with X264 encodes (1 Viewer)

Windows XP SP2
Working with RC1 with latest SVN (July 22nd)
Media Portal uses Media Player Classic as player
Using Halli media splitter, FFDShow, AC3filter and more important - VOBsub 2.23


Below is a summary of my experience with subtitles using MediaPortal:
1. When working with XVID encodes - both SUB and SRT subtitles formats work well
2. When working with X264 encodes (NOT HD) - SRT does NOT work
3. When working with X264 HD encodes built in subtitles work well
4. When working with X264 HD encodes SRT subtitles does NOT work
** Working directly with MPC - everything works well

With X264 (NOT HD) the green arrow of vobsub does not even load to tray and I don't have the option to choose a subtitle in MP.

When i tested an X264 HD movie that had both built in subs and external SRT - I could choose only from the built in subs - the SRT was not listed.

Please advise - is there any new/old configuration that can resolve this issue?

some problem here.

if haali is loaded, subtitles are not shown (this happens with mkv, but also with avi with more than one audio stream).

i solved it adding vobsub to video post-processing filters in config screen.
