Yes those options are set correctly I did a number of tests and the results are not consistent. Depending on how i navigate to watch TV the depends what i get when i switch in back on Here are the sequence of events and what I get 1. Start MP -> go to TV Guide -> watch TV -> turn off MP using "x" on top menu. Restart MP opens only into the TV guide. 2 MP Start -> TV (main) -> watch TV -> turn MP off using close window "X" on top menu bar as before Restart MP -> Full screen TV (I believe this is what is always meant to do) So example 1 is wrong but 2 is right. 3 start MP -> Go To TV Guide -> start watching full screen tv -> Turn system off (i.e. go into sleep mode) Wait 60 seconds Turn on HTPC (i.e. wake from sleep) Main TV window comes up "TV on" is NOT selected ( does not enter full screen) 4 Already watching TV Select TV guide -> tun off HTPC (i.e. go to sleep) Wait 60 seconds -> turn on HTPC MP wakes into TV Guide ( ie. it remembers to go back to tv guide after resume) Examples 1 and 3 I believe are INCORRECT and not what it is meant to do . Examples 2 and 4 I believe are correct and what I believe it should do. The only difference in 1 and 3 is that MP/TV plugin must reconnect with the TV service. Not sure why this would be the case on a resume as i would suspect service and connection is never cutoff when it goes to sleep. I'm not an expert in reading the logs but it does behave differently waking up then when you first start MP. I didn't see that full tv screen command being executed like when MP starts up from scratch. Anyone have any ideas ? Is something different in win8.1 64bit. Is anyone with the same o/s having the same experience ?
