I would like to be able to go into Scheduled recordings and be able to Stop a recording from there using the remote. Currently, I would need to go into the guide, find the channle that it's recording on. I would then need to click on it to open it and then stop recording there. It would be nice to have all the options under scheduled recordings.

Focus on the show you want to stop, right mouse button remote button (yellow button on MCE remote) and go to stop recording.....

Oh, yeah. I just tried the Delete option and it worked. Fair enough. I had tried it once before but for some reason it didn't add the partially recorded file to the Recorded TV section, which is what I wanted. So I assumed that Delete would not only stop but also delete the recording. This behaviour must have been a bug/issue with my setup at the time. Choosing delete does work fine. I would prefer it be called Stop recording as it is on the TV screen, but it is not a big deal (and this would require extra work to distinguish between deleting a schedule and stopping a schedule that had already started). My apologies.
Using that command as far as I know leave the file there unfinished and it *should* be added to the recorded shows section.
Yeah, as I said above, it does work. I only got confused because it didn't work for me in the past for some reason and I would lose the file, so I associated Delete with "Stop and delete recording", rather than "Delete schedule, stop current recording" that it really is.
