Stop window auto-opening? (2 Viewers)

I have the program installed and have been using it for awhile. Works good. I'm happy with the picture quality. When the program is open and minimized to the taskbar, every time I close another program or window, Media Portal opens itself up and I have to keep minimizing it over and over. Is there a setting in the config I can change to stop this? It's driving me nuts!
