I was buisy updating my HTPC (IRTrans I did CMD and added the IRTransview.dll as told on the OrigenAE site.. but this was not a good idea...) now MP starts but hangs at the main screen the log shows:

"18-8-2008 23:45:37";"ATI Smart";"(0)";"Information";"The service was started.";"105"
"18-8-2008 23:45:40";"RichVideo";"(0)";"Information";"The description for Event ID '0' in Source 'RichVideo' cannot be found. The local computer may not have the necessary registry information or message DLL files to display the message, or you may not have permission to access them. The following information is part of the event:'Service started'";"0"
"18-8-2008 23:45:49";"SecurityCenter";"(0)";"Information";"De Windows Security Center-service is gestart.";"1800"

A complete fresh reinstall did not help so the problem is probably in the IRTrans .dll...
This is what I did and where I think the problem is:
