Strange playback issues in MP (1 Viewer)

Oh yeah, something about proppage.dll right? Forgot about that...
To be honest I have no clue what's going wrong... it should run in this setup even though you still run it with Ms dtv. Try to force lav on video too, maybe you can see any improvement then...

SUCCESS! Thank you so much! Switching to LAV for the video decoders did the trick. I am now smoothly running at ~24frames for all the videos I tried.

As a rule, is this the decoder configuration I should have been using from the start? I was initially setting up using this guide on the wiki, and it instructed to use the MS ones for video on Win7, but maybe that's out of date or something.
