Strange recording behavior - Schedule shows type once when should be always (1 Viewer)

This seems to have happened to me since upgrading to 1.20

I go into the TV guide and search for a show as normal. I set it to always record on this channel and I have MediaPortal already set to record 15 minutes before and after the show. Then I check the show is recording as should be and instead it starts to record the minute the show starts and in the schedules tab of MediaPortal server there is instead an entry for the show to record as type once alongside the entry to record always. Why would this be occurring? It is a new show so there isn't any previous recording settings or entries. Because of this the recording misses the start of the show.

My tuner is a HDHomeRun Quatro that has the latest software, firmware and MediaPortal is running on a windows 10 x64 box that is fully up to date

is it ok because the server creates a record as type once from the always record on this channel if times to be recording.
