    HI

Was wondering if this is possible and if so, if you could point me in the general direction :)

I have an HTC Touch which has the Streaming Media application but it cant open the TS files generated by Mediaportal (it seems).

Is there any software out there which allows a Windows MObile device to stream either the Timeshift file or a recorded TS file generated in Mediaportal?

    Cheers

@thekiwi - did you get anywhere with this streaming to windows Mobile??

If it would work, I wouldn't need to shell out for a Logitech Squeezebox !
Had a search all over for gemx etc but couldnt find anything useful ... so have given up at the moment.
Seems bizarre to have these Windows Mobile devices and you cant stream any content to them :(

My aim in asking was to get a small and leightweight media player that I can use around the house. I did find the iPimp plug in and got it sort of working on my Loox 520 - however, it is not really GF friendly. My MP setup streams really well to my HP laptop, so I have started to look at Netbooks as MP clients so I can have a small & lightweight media player that uses the MP GUI and thus use the TV PC as the media server.

I started another thread on this, but have had no answers to date. (see here )

    Thanks,

    M.
