Streaming Video (1 Viewer)

I know it's possible to download video from an ftp and play it from a hard drive, but I don't see a feature which allows me to play streaming video, maybe there could be an option to add streaming urls. Even now that I think of it, it would be pretty sweet to integrate shoutcast in media portal, and not just in the config.

Hi,

you can use My Radio to watch streaming videos. Not the best solution, but it works for now. The devs are working on a integration of internet TV anyway.

Integrating shoutcast within MP is a goal I plan for in the near future. I'm busy working on two other items at the moment. Thus the config portion in radio stations and the pls grabber I wrote should be sufficient until then.

if you just want to watch many streams the wwitv plugin is an good option an also the myradio plugin mentioned before with channel streams in an pls file.

I couldn't manage to add http-video-streams in TV-server. This way I could add a TV-guide for an internetstream. Is there a way to do this in tv-server?
