Stutter only on .wtv hd files (1 Viewer)

Any file I play is fine, only recorded files from Media Center (.wtv over the air ATSC HD) are stuttering.

I have SAF 5 codecs. Any special settings I may need or has anyone run into this issue? If I play the file in Media Center it plays Flawless. If I play it in MediaPortal Stutter City. Help?
