Subtitle on win 7 with media portal 1.5 (1 Viewer)

I am neweest as I did looked at MP for long time. so I have started install.

my reason is... we have alway use window media centre all 3 running on win 7 mc so one PC has win 8 Media center and start notice there is subtitle showing some program but on win 7 wont show..notice it might be different codec?
anyway thought what the heck time to ditch win media center and go for MP! as dont want spend all 3 pc to upgrade to win 8 on £££.

so am struggle to sort out subtitle on MP
can anyone advise to me how to correct setting up?

currently is a HTPC running windows 7 home. installed mp 1.5 full using Freesat.
the PC has ATI Radeon HD4600.

let me know if you want need more information. I am more happy and help can resolve my problem.

I have no idea what more if any you need... attached is my settings and they work fine.
I live in Sweden and I get dvb subs on some and teletext on others... but I always get subs is there are available.
