Hello, I'm currently using the CoreAVC codec with video's that I've encoded using nero avc with subtitles. I stuff these video's in to mp4 or mkv containers depending on the sound format that I use with them. I followed the directions for getting subtitles to work from this thread https://forum.team-mediaportal.com/do_you_get_h_264_mov_files-t11164p2.html?highlight=coreavc+subtitles by faleloncio. Faleloncio's instructions where so good that a brain dead monkey could get it to work. I had them up and working a few minutes. I installed powerdvd 6.5 to use the hardware acceleration for h264 and removed coreavc. Everything worked great but now the subtitles blink. The will show for a few frames then vanish only to come back a few frames latter. I've frobed just about every switch on powerdvd and on the splitters.
