I've been looking for a site that has a collection of these. I'm tired of making my own. Any suggestions. Yes, there are plenty of subtitle sites, but 99% of the English subtitles you get, are the entire movie, not the foreign parts only. Why would they think we need english subtitles for a film spoken in english? /rant Or if anyone else has created their own and would like to trade collections...let me know. Thanks.

yup i have the same problem very annoying.
I guess 100% English subtitles for English movies could be useful for;
- Deaf people
- Hearing Impaired
- Watching with very low volume
- People learning to speak English

I realized after I posted, that I sounded like a complete tool. lol Not what I meant to say. I just meant there are plenty of entire movie subtitle sites, and none for just 'forced' or foreign only subtitles for the majority of us. I guess if no one knows any, I'll just keep demuxing the subtitle streams, edit them and repackage them. Pain in the ass though. I guess I'll start saving the ones I do and post them somewhere. Just sucks when I haven't seen the movie and have to watch it turning them on and off and rewinding parts all the time. Oh well, such is life.
i think the problem is that you need a category like full english or limited english subtitles.
